As we celebrate the Winter Solstice, we are reminded of the beauty of our inner light. You are radiant, and this energy of brilliance can be felt within you as you acknowledge that life is a blend of light and dark, joy and sadness.

Amidst the holiday season, it is understandable to experience mixed emotions. However, the winter season also offers us the opportunity to rest and honor both the light and dark within ourselves. It is crucial to find some quiet time to soak in the essence of this season.

To help you honor your inner light, I have created a guided meditation. Get a candle and light it, dim the lights, and create a sacred space for yourself for ten minutes. Breathe deeply, and know that you are held in love.
